Taran Killam is an actor, comedian and writer. He is currently in the role of King George III in the Broadway Production of Hamilton. He assumed the role from Rory O'Malley on January 16, 2017 and ended his run.
Biography[]
He started out on The Amanda Show where he played Spaulding. He appeared on other kid's programs as well, like the Disney Channel movie Stuck in the Suburbs, iCarly and Drake & Josh.
He also joined Saturday Night Live in its 36th season, making him the second Nickelodeon veteran on the cast after Kenan Thompson.
He also cameoed on his wife's show How I Met Your Mother in six episodes. His first appearance was in the March 20, 2006 episode, "Life Among the Gorillas" and the final one was the March 24, 2014 episode, "The End of the Aisle".
