Miguel Cervantes is an American actor and singer who is known for many TV and Broadway appearances, as well as in 2010's Broadway Idiot. Cervantes currently plays Alexander Hamilton in the Chicago Production, previously serving as the character's alternate on Broadway.
Biography[]
Cervantes appeared as part of the ensemble in the original Broadway productions of If/Then and American Idiot, and was the understudy for David in the former. He also portrayed Angel in the Off-Broadway production of Giant, Chip Tolentino in the first national US tour of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Eric in the Off-Broadway production of Cam Jansen, Eli in the Off-Broadway production of Wish You Were Here, and an ensemble member in the Off-Broadway production of Fanny.
