Arianna "Ari" Afsar is an American singer, actress, and model. She currently plays Elizabeth Schuyler Hamilton in the Chicago Production of Hamilton.
Biography
Aside from Hamilton, she used to perform in pageants and holds the titles for Miss America's Outstanding Teen (California in 2005), Miss San Diego's Outstanding Teen (2005), Miss California's Outstanding Teen (2005), Miss America's Outstanding Teen (Orlando, FL in August 2005), Miss San Diego County (2010), and Miss California (2010). She also placed in the top ten for Miss America in 2011.
After her pageant career came to a close, Afsar auditioned for the 8th season of American Idol singing "Put Your Records On" from Phoenix, Arizona. While she made it far in the competition, she did not move past the live semifinals.
